1. BMW's Vision Driving Experience test vehicle showcases the new "Heart of Joy" drivetrain and driving dynamics control, designed for the fully electric Neue Klasse models, enabling faster processing, enhanced cornering precision, seamless braking, and up to 25% greater efficiency through energy recuperation, with the first production model set to launch later this year.
2. Orders are now open in Canada for the Lucid Gravity Grand Touring, starting at $94,882, featuring 828 horsepower, over 447 miles of range, access to Tesla Superchargers, and advanced charging technology, while the Gravity Touring, starting at $80,067, is planned for late 2025.

7. Electrified dual-clutch transmissions (eDCT) for hybrid vehicles will be produced at the Termoli plant in Italy starting in 2026, while the future of the site's planned EV battery gigafactory, part of Stellantis' ACC joint venture, remains uncertain amid ongoing investment assessments.
8. Italy is revolutionizing EV charging with Siemens eMobility's high-power charging stations, advanced software for load management, and user-friendly features, aiming to support sustainable public transit, modernize fueling stations, and set a global example for EV infrastructure.
9. The global EV battery recycling market is expected to grow from USD 0.54 billion in 2024 to USD 23.72 billion by 2035 at a 40.9% CAGR, driven by environmental concerns, resource scarcity, stricter regulations, and increasing EV adoption.
10. Emad Dlala has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Powertrain at Lucid, recognizing his decade-long contributions to the company's powertrain technology, efficiency, and charging strategy.
