EV News

Sometimes you don’t always know the perks that come with a new car.  One important quirk is knowing if you have free charging and where to access that free charging.  Here is a short list if you have recently purchased an EV.  Sorry Tesla owners.  Click the link for the full list.

EV of the Week

I took my father, FIL, and son to a car show this past weekend and as you pulled up there was a Hummer EV front and center.  The Hummer is much bigger than I expected and looks like a proper truck.  I can see myself carving up the mountains with the Hummer EV and that’s why we have the Hummer EV as the EV of the Week.  The only thing I’m not a fan of was the price tag.  This one was listed for $250k.  Yikes.

  • Range- 329 Miles
  • 0-60 MPH in 3.3 seconds
  • Charge Time- 55h at 110V, 10h at 220V, 1h at 440V
  • Towing Capacity- 7,500 lbs
  • Crab Walk capabilities
